Uses: Refresh Oil Blend may be used in aromatherapy to give you an energetic boost exactly when you need it. Add 5-10 drops to your favorite diffuser to enjoy the benefits throughout the air you breathe. Add a few drops of Refresh to a carrier oil and use in a full body massage.
Dilution Guidelines: For aromatic use, add 510 drops of oil per one cup of water. People with dry or sensitive skin may require additional carrier oil when using orange topically. For internal use, consult a certified naturopathic physician. For household/environmental purposes, dilution varies based on intended purpose.
